Announcing Our 2022-23 Leadership Team
The senior leadership team of the Globe announced Friday their selections for the leadership team for next school year. The announcement was made to the current staff by faculty advisor Erin Sucher-O’Grady on Slack. It comes following the completion of an application and interview process that involved senior editors from this year’s staff.
Editors-in-Chief next year will be Ivy Reed and Alex Slen, overseeing the print operations, and Ruby Nadin, who will oversee print design. Current Photo Editor Lily Kleinhenz will assume the role of Chief Digital Editor, overseeing all aspects of the Globe Online and the Globe’s social media presence.
The following were selected to be Managing Editors:
On the art and design team: JiaLi Deck, Izzy Erdman and Iris Park.
On the digital team: Sofia Mutis, podcasts, Sophia Lu, social media, and Ana Mitreva, digital design.
On the writing and community team: Alex Cohen and Seraphina Corbo.
The following were selected as section editors: Rachel Chung, Copy Editor; Charlie Meyers, Features Editor; Kipp Vitsky, News Editor; Sidra Major, Opinion Editor; Ivy Slen, Review Editor; Micah Lotsoff, Sports Editor; Zoe Daniels-Sankey, Culture Editor; Sam McDonough, Puzzle Editor; Sonali Dayal, Graphics Editor.
The following were selected to be Page Editors: Stella Bishop, Sam Braidwood, Victoria Fan, Isra Kayani, Riley Kerley, Chloe Lin, Avie Mallon, Charlie Miller, Kirby Miller, Poppy Orchard, Caleb Park and Hannah Teagan.
A $50 or more donation includes a subscription to the Clayton High School Globe 2024-2025 print news magazine.
