Featured Photos: 2018 Midterm Elections

November 7, 2018

On Tuesday, Nov. 6, the United States held midterm elections for Congress positions all across the country. Included in those was the race between the incumbent U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill (D) and Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley (R) for McCaskill’s Missouri seat in the U.S. Senate. Chief Photo Editor Michael Melinger covered the results from McCaskill’s election night watch party in the Marriott Hotel in downtown St. Louis, capturing the moments surrounding her loss to Hawley.
