Favorite childhood memory?

Scoring my first goal in a high school hockey game

Favorite thing to do in St. Louis?

Attending a St. Louis Blues playoff game in person

Thing you’re looking forward to most about working at Clayton?

Working with students and teachers who make academic excellence a priority each and every day

Favorite teaching memory?

Too many to choose just one…I was pretty psyched to be a mentor to the winner of the honors division of the Greater St. Louis Science Fair two years ago.

Hobby?

I like to garden and preserve (i.e. can) as much home and/or locally grown produce as I can.

If you could have any superpower, which would you choose?

The ability to alter my size at will. I think it would be incredible to be as small (or smaller) than a cell!

If you weren’t teaching, what would you be doing?

I think I would run a small urban farm that works to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to those who cannot purchase them on their own.
