Lego Movie Review

    The childhood favorite Legos are brought to film life in the new film, “The Lego Movie.” The movie reminds us that building and creating things with an imagination can be a beautiful thing.

Emmett, voiced by Chris Pratt, is an ordinary lego figure who is – through the old wrong place, wrong time scenario – mistaken for a master builder. The movie follows Emmett and his friends as they go on a brave adventure to stop the evil President Business from gluing everything together.

Emmet is one to always follow the instructions, so he was quickly found to have been fooling everyone who thought he was the Master Builder. By showing his real building skills. Even then disappointing the girl of his dreams, Wyldstyle, voiced by Elizabeth Banks.

Many lego pieces were placed under microscopes to find all the seam lines, dirt, and small details for digital texture.
