Throughout the news we constantly see Al-Qaeda linked to the Middle East and its often polarized areas. Yet, in the past couple of years there has been a change.
Now, Al-Qaeda is in Africa.
Recently, intelligence has been gathered that indicates that terrorism has spread to Mombasa, Kenya. Violence may occur on the year anniversary of Abound Rogo’s death. These threats speak to the continuous terrorism that seem to be forcing itself into areas of Africa.
If terrorism is to be fought we must understand how to stop this harmful propensity from spreading.
